What type of contracts do you do?

We have one-year and six months contracts. And for payment plans, there is one payment and two payment options.

Are the units furnished or unfurnished?

All the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units are furnished. For three-bedroom and four-bedroom units, it depends on the property.

How to renew the lease contract?

You can contact us 60 days before- to finish the procedures, or if you want to end the contract, also contact us to arrange the handover of the keys. *only contact our admin team.

All of our properties are located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Are pets allowed?

We have a no-pets policy in all of our properties.
